Major changes that have occurred in the corporate world over the past decade, and Jill Konrath highlights how this has effected the world of B2B sales.
As a sales executive, I know that getting a C-Level executive (whom I do not know through my networking efforts) to return a call is more difficult than learning to juggle raw eggs. "Sellers must transform themselves into business improvement specialists", says Konrath, who provides the road map.
She is also a successful speaker, trainer and business consultant who works directly with companies to share her experiences with sales teams around the country. I have had the honor to talk with her on the phone a few times, and she is genuinely interested in helping others succeed more tomorrow than yesterday.
